Has the following sub-parameters: Add-on type: the type of benefit available in the plan, possible values are DENTAL, VISION, SCREENING, MATERNITY, OUTPATIENT maxCoverageAmountPerPeriod: amount of annual coverage for add-on in USD coInsurancePercentage: % of co-insurance in the policy description: description of the benefit |
