New fields on renewal listings — Each renewal request returned by the renewals endpoint now includes:
- policyId — the policy id of the renewing member's standalone contract
- policyholderUserId — the user id of the policy holder (renewing member)
- sourceContractBundleId — the id of the contract bundle the renewing member belongs to
Additive change only — existing fields and endpoints are unaffected.
